Therapeutic Tour

CE Symmetry proposes a unique solution to the challenge of audience generation of the Continuing Education activity. We have a USPTO trademarked concept known as the Therapeutic Tour®. This concept involves a unique exhibit structure that preview of the content that the educational activity provides. The preview includes the required accreditation language, faculty, and a general description of what the content entails. This is delivered by the participant viewing a series of posters/panels while listening to a narration of the poster using MP3 players. A USB drive is also made available with PDF files of the posters with the audio track and a direct link to the website with the actual CME content. Additionally, 4 x 6 cards with the basic information and the URL are also available for those that wish to provide them to their colleagues.

It is important to note that there is no CME or CE credit obtained by participating in the Therapeutic Tour®.  This activity occurs on the exhibit floor and as such is considered a promotional/sales venue. However, awareness activities regarding CME programs are permitted as long as they do not provide the actual content on the exhibit floor.

The key benefits to using a Therapeutic Tour®series as part of the overall strategy are;

  • Program participation is greatly enhanced
  • Increased visibility of Hepatic Encephalopathy
  • Can include an “Educational Exchange” or Meet the Expert activity
  • Patient Simulation demonstrations
  • Lead generation for live activities
  • Multiple “points of contact” with the target audience through
    • Pre-conference mailings and advertising
    • Materials distributed at the exhibit
      • USB drive with exhibit content
      • 4 x 6 Information cards
    • Interaction with the exhibit staff (CE Symmetry and trained personnel)
    • Post-conference mailings
